Board Member Referral and Development

We train and match business professionals on nonprofit boards based on the needs of each nonprofit for particular skills, expertise, diversity, and community relationships. Our board development services enable nonprofit boards to evaluate their performance and explore innovative strategies to build organizational capacity and engage their board members on a deeper level.

We also provide individual consulting to nonprofit boards, offered in collaboration with the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations. Consulting services can be of particular value to boards and organizations facing growth and expansion opportunities, critical funding challenges, or new strategic directions and alliances.
